About

I like building things, whether that’s small web projects, videos, or simple spaces where people can feel heard. I care a lot about people and the communities around me, and most of what I make comes from that place. Right now I’m learning, experimenting, and figuring things out as I go, trying to make cool things, stay curious, and be someone who reminds the people around me that they matter.

Storytelling

I joined JVA mostly out of curiosity. I wanted to understand how people turn ideas into real things, and the fellowship gave me a space to try, learn, and figure things out along the way. I spent time working on a student marketplace and slowly became more comfortable with the process of building. JVA made the whole experience feel approachable and even a little fun, and that shift stayed with me :)

Built a Python-based mental health risk screening project (3,500 rows, 24 features), covering EDA, model benchmarking, and overfitting analysis. Improved the baseline by implementing a calibrated, recall-first triage pipeline (LOW/MONITOR/HIGH), achieving test AUC 0.783, HIGH precision 81.4%, and SCREEN recall 88.7%.

At Tokyo Misfits, I spent a lot of time making things with people I genuinely enjoyed being around. I filmed, directed, and edited a range of videos as the page gradually grew past 100k. One of the videos I edited unexpectedly crossed 2M views, which was a surreal moment for all of us. Through the process, I learned how to guide small creative teams, stay calm under pressure, and pay attention to rhythm, pacing, and energy.

TalentMap

TalentMap

2025

I wanted hiring to feel more human, so I built TalentMap, a visual way to explore students instead of scrolling through resumes. Recruiters move through an interactive map, discovering profiles through clusters, zoom, and small previews.

Minama.jp

2025

Minama is a small campus marketplace for buying, selling, and trading everyday things — textbooks, furniture, electronics, just within the university. No strangers, less waste, and a bit more trust. I worked on it during JVA and helped lead the development. It’s simple, but I’ve grown to appreciate simple things that people can actually use.

Listening Sessions

This started from a simple feeling of wanting more real conversations, Just noticing how often people are given advice when what they really need is to be heard. So I made a small page and started offering my time, freely. No coaching. No fixing. Just presence. Over the past few years, I’ve set aside many hours just to listen. It remains one of the most meaningful things I do.
