I created this because I know what it's like to not feel heard.

Back in high school, I hit a breaking point — overwhelmed by pressure, expectations, and the feeling that no one really saw me. Then one day, my English teacher didn't ask for my best essay. She asked if I was okay — and actually listened. That moment changed everything.

Since then, I've tried to be that space for others — a place where there's no pressure to say the right thing, no rush to fix anything. Just a chance to sit down, slow down, and be met with presence.
